Ladies only swimming

Post by the wiggle baron » Mon Jan 24, 2011 1:18 pm

This is pissing me off so hard. You really can't swim in our local pool unless its adults only (allow snotty little dicks fighting on floats) and theres only 5 sessions of it a week. But 3 of them are ladies only?!!! What the fuck?!!

Fuck the cellulite ridden stnuc. If theyre too fucking ashamed of their body to swim with men, they can fuck off back to their hole. Goddam thats insensitive, but it pisses me off so fucking much. No ones looking at you, you self-centred fucktanks.

I wholeheartedly agree.

Actually quit my gym because of this. Fucking joke.

Also. Why does EVERY gym have a standard issue fat man that follows you into the steam room and feels that it is acceptable to talk to you even if you're lying down with YOUR EYES CLOSED CLEARLY NOT WANTING TO TALK TO ANYONE.

Don't even think my gym has ladies only sessions, at least not at the times I go

Never use the steam room for this reason. Sauna is much better to relax in; fewer people, more space plus you can read without your book getting soggy.

Is there a men only swimming time? Surely they could get done for sexual discrimination for that?

It would seem that you're allowed to be sexist as long as it's towards men these days (look at a lot of tv adverts and think about the outcry there would be if it was the other way around)

nope, no men only time. I've never seen one anyway. It is fucking dumb. No kids time is fair enough. But women only is fucking ridiculous.

I think it's mostly for Muslim ladies who have a religious taboo about men seeing them. I'm ok with it.

Three times a week is a bit much though, maybe twice a week would be better.

yeah pretty much my point :?
Seems totally unreasonable. I honestly can't think of any other reason for it beyond some women don't feel comfortable in a swimming costume thing around men? The answer isn't to kick men out...its for them to do something the fuck else

Bugger it, going to play golf instead!

Oh yeah, and thats the main problem with it. Theres 5 adults only sessions a week, and 3 are women only. So lame.

Might be the case that all councils are required to provide it.

speaking of discrimination, was just filling out a job application for the first time in YEARS, and the 'equality' section was asking me where i was born, if I'm disabled, and religious etc. surely if they want equality then these things are all irrelevant :|

there's bigger problems with social equality in this country than there being 'too many' womens' only hours in the swimming pool.

get a grip.

Noam doesn't give a fuck.

He walks into the swimming pool without paying, boots the changing room doors open, changes into a tuxedo, knocks out the lifeguard, dives off the highest diving board, climbs out of the pool, takes a look at the fat women, says "Nice arm bands, ladies" and walks the fuck out of there.

Do they still have male lifeguards during "ladies only" sessions?
