I moved to Hudds from Blackpool due to Blackpool being a pit of depression.

Ran a little cafe on Alder Street nr Fartown for a while. Twice in 3 months we had attempted robberies but boiling chip fat got me through, came home to Blackpool - which now seems much nicer. (Apart from the complete lack of descent music even though we got 300+ pubs and clubs, meh!)
