So I settled on a version. Ended up tweaking it anyways lol.

DAW's - FL Studio 9.8 Beta, ProTools 8 HD, Adobe Soundbooth
VST's - Massive, Albino 3, Nexus2, Vanguard, Ohmnicide, etc.

Took over 6 months of learning this genre to make this track, and there are many more to follow. Thanks to everyone on the forum who has posted info that I've found while lurking.

Ahhh man 'o man. That sounds rather rad.

The drop wasn't disappointing at all. It sounds like a mix between hard dubstep and neurofunk.

6 months of production for this? I give you 5 stars sir. (Hah, not saying the tune took you 6 months)

mmm nice lush acoustic instrumentation. The bassline made a little queasy (but in a good way!) I like the subtle builds. How is albino compared to massive? I'm considering buying one of 'em.

only criticism for me is the snare could have a little more snap in the higher end, but thats all a matter of opinion

Ya I had tried that but the high end creates a muddy mix even after resampling the bass and eq/freq splitting it

yes it is pretty awesome, but my dude, DO YOU BREATHE WHEN YOU PRODUCE? because there is no breathing room at all after the drop, no spaces, no nothing, just a full out everything... add some stops and some fx's maybe some vocals, sound great over all. intro was amazing. but my dude, it is VERY CLUTTERED ,

the second drop was better... good job man
