real estate ( in a major city). it outperforms every stock market, just as long as you don't seek financing. buy outright, and watch your money double or triple. after that, as has been said, invest in solar or wind energy (both of which are at a watershed moment)

i have some wind energy stock. its a business thats going to explode this decade, and it has environmental bonuses, as there's no toxic bi products. wind globally is getting stronger and more severe due to global warming, so ironically, when its more stormy and unpredictable, the better it is for these windfarms. you even have farms being built right now that can withstand a category 3 hurricane or sea gale. google" wind farms". there's a few of them on FTSE.

I wouldnt be so quick to jump on wind tbh - yeh it might blow up for a year but science moves faster than wind farms can be built - the last thing you want is CERN to learn how to harness quantum explsions or somthing and have enough power to fuel the world for decades from one tiny reaction and thus all your wind farm stock being made redundant overnight.

I'd probably spend a bit initially, then just carry on with my life as normal and put the money aside, probably not even tell many people about it. It's a boring answer but you'd never have any financial stress. Imagine one day your house burned down and through some loophole your insurance wouldn't pay, you could just shrug it off like you split a glass of water.

Yeah I don't think green energies are really that profitable yet. Research has still gotta be done because the technology is still pretty expensive, but i guess that could be a good reason to invest.

With inflation running wild I would buy gold/silver. One of the safest investments you can possibly make.
