vocal samples

Post by RmoniK » Mon Feb 07, 2011 7:28 pm

Where do you get 'em? I'm looking for some deep stuff, making an ambient track that needs filling... I'm talking in terms of stuff that doesn't really make sense (think of joy orbison?)
Btw, i 'm 18 and studying, so i'm short in money. I need stuff that is free to use without the mention "remix" or without having to buy the rights. Thanks

Freesound.org is an interesting place to look for vocal clips to chop/manipulate. Some of the stuff is so poorly recorded it's useless for the purpose of music, but there are some great if you spend time looking
