IMO theres better stuff in this forum that a lot of
stuff being released at the mo....

This is what this forum is missing......

Big ups pete and be-1ne!!!!
Seconded. But I do quite enjoy dropping unsigned DSF tunes at gigs, knowing that most likely no one else in the building has heard of the tune or the artist, although every second person in the room is a 'dubhead from way back' LOL.

quite relevant question, sure nobody's going to submit trance, but well, the definition of what dubstep is can be rather loose...

Both Tectonic and Soul Motive have put out music ranging from hiphop, breaks, house, garage and drum and bass. I usually work on the premise if it's good and unique, I'm interested. I'm pretty sure that all the labels involved don't just listen to pure Dubstep. That said, this is a dubstep forum, so providing some americana country and western might not the best idea (thought I would probably love it).
I make music as Forsaken, you can DL all my unreleased (and a couple released) bits here.

Not sure if I understand this right. It looks to me like you have some artists who are happy to give feedback to tracks from DSF members? who selects which tracks they will listen to if for example we get 40 tracks looking for f'back?
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

Not just artists (though all of them are), label owners.

Me Ledge and Be-1ne will be selecting the tunes that go through. There will be bias for those who have been actively and constructively contributing to the Dubs forum as this is a way of us promoting activity in the Dubs Forum. I'll try to refine it further if the first couple of rounds are successful and people are actually getting something out of it.

Submission thread will open in the Dubs Forum on the 20th February (this sunday, maybe saturday if I'm not drunk early on - my label partners birthday). And will be open for about 9/10 days. Then it will take about week to get feedback from everyone, this will be posted in the thread for the next rounds submissions. Yes it will be public, so everyone can hear the tunes and how feedback relates to the tracks.

To put some fear to rest, there will be no negative feedback given (I.E.: tunes was gash why you send this to me pete). If the guys have nothing constructive to say then no feedback will be given.

Hope that helps.
