sub bass info.
hello guys. im new to this forum. after many years listening dubstep but working on other music in studio, i finally decided to focalize more on production as well for dubstep oriented stuff.
ive got a simple question for you guys: im trying to make a a good sub bass. i think making a sub bass its the basis for a dubstep track so im here to listen your thoughts regarding the best way to create it.
tracks like this ones: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxT7_jf7Z0k http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcDfreHe ... re=related and this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blDqnFOSgOo are an example of what i would like to do.
thanks in advance for your help!!

you would think in a genre where one of the key elements is sub bass that it would have been covered in depth on a forum like this....

I prefer cosine, but upside down, shifted 90 degrees, then flipped upside down again.

I use the Gangsta preset on this new synth called Profesional Hardman.
Re: sub bass info.

its produced thru the naval cavity and recorded via grammerphone. Takes years to master

I know, its so good though I'm surprised it hasn't gotten popular before. Badman Swagga's good, as long as you run it through the Par filter can't forget that it's vital.Promise One wrote:Everyone is using that these daysCheeky wrote:I use the Gangsta preset on this new synth called Profesional Hardman.![]()

Re: sub bass info.
