Next time youre doing a shop get some red lentils and rice. Just add some curry paste and cook till its ready, so so cheap but still nutritious. At one point I was eating it 4 nights a week so I could afford to go out lol. Cheaper than instant noodles. Stick some diced tomato or frozen vege or onions/garlic in if you got it, or put yoghurt or cheese on top and its not too bad. #note: I am vegetarian, this probably tastes pretty mediocre in reality - but it costs next to nothing.
Some dance to remember, some dance to forget.

Sorting a DJ and an Irish band for St. Paddy's day next month - I fucking hate it. Well that's not true, I just can't be arsed with the cnuts who put massive Guinness hat's on their head and get pissed out their skull. I wouldn't mind so much if they were Irish. One year I had to endure the day with a bunch of Americans who, like many Americans, claim to be Irish. Fuck nuts.

One of my mates has moved to Berlin, she was asking I knew of any good dubstep nights over there - how the fuck would I know?! Am sat here in England and have only been to Germany twice in my life!

When was the last time you went?

Do you floss?

Do you smoke/drink alcohol?

6, maybe 7 years ago.

No don't floss, floss scares me for some reason seem to think itll get stuck in my teeth or slice through my gums or something.

I brush at least twice a day and use mouthwash though, also cut out (most) sugar from my diet for about 2 years now.

I do smoke, and I do drink. Maybe 8 cigs a day, drink twice a week? (not massive amounts). Occasionally gurn too.

Go with the flossing, seriously. It's a tnuc to do and your gums will bleed the first few times but it's worth it in the long run. Sainsburys do this little floss tool things that are a small plastic handle with a bit of floss drawn tight across the ends so you don't have to fuck around with getting the string wrapped around your fingers.
