Ive just seen some white coated people get spider silk from goats milk.

How? I hear you ask

By injecting a goat embryo with spider dna, and growing an arachnimammal

Hmmmm, thats ok there must be worthwhile medical reason for getting the scientists to use their brain power on this task i thought...

... actually susprise, suprise, the military are behind this. spider silk is apparantly stronger than kevlar and weighs about a 1/3 of it as well. great when your dodging bullits in the middle east and if your a platinum selling hip hop recording artist whose current vest is getting a bit cumbersome and sweaty after so many sellout shows.

I digress...

anyone else seen this animal farm?

they could make bridges out of it too, as well as bullet proof vests etc.

It just looked like normal silk - I think it was obtained from the milk. The goats were on massive webs though!
