Free show at Catch
Very pleased to announce that 44 will be hosting a free London show from Downliners Sekt. Having got many a tongue wagging last year with their 'We Make Hits, Not The Public' EP, crossing the dots between dubstep, post-rock and electronica.
Downliners Sekt are setting their own musical boundaries with a sound that is both alien yet soaked in the human touch. Pooling their influences to create something entirely new, it's no wonder they have been picking up huge support from the likes of Mary Anne Hobbs and Rob Booth (Electronic Explorations).
Take a listen to their outstanding BBC Radio 1 mix from last year.
