I actually do think he's bipolar <.< 'cause you don't need depressed symptoms to be bipolar. Fluctuating between 'normal' episodes and mania is enough.

That or he's on so much coke that he's in a constantly cocaine induced manic state.

If it's the former, I actually envy him, holy crap. I'd give my left nut for that. Then I'd grow it back 'cause mania is just that awesome.
