starting from 1:03 it sounds really nice, i dont want an exact same sound but something like it so i can tweak and make it my own sound.

not the deep vocal like bass but the higher pitched one that follows.

you mean the lead line at 1:06 ?

a 2 osc synth should do the trick. synthmaker should be able to do it

Any idea what wave forums i should use, ive tried some saw waves detuned with the formant setting.

try using your synths comb filter with lfo attached to the amp or volume should be close. I would use a bent sine wave. Theres a correct term for the sine wave im talking about forgot at the moment. Its the comb filter that makes the screech.
