What are the elements that make a well produce track and everything is sounding on point.

There are too many posibilities to give one straight answer, it all depends on what kind of sound you want to create. Assuming you're using a program like reason the best way to learn to produce sounds is to learn the schematic of the synth, for example if you use thor on reason you start with 3 oscillators and you can apply different filters and env's to them etc. Also in terms of enhancing the sounds and mixdown, understanding what processes like compression, eq, reverb and gateing do the mix affects the final product.

But obviously there are endless amount of things you can do when using uusing software like reason, cubase and FL to an extent.

Can hear each instrument/sound clearly, the stereo dynamics are wide but not too wide and now with the "loudness wars" getting the track super loud with out squashing everything within an inch of it's life.
Like the post above, that's just basics that I look for in demos for the label. There are endless lists of "what makes a well produced track"...
