I know you said these are unfinished in the title but I thought that the high frequencies like high hats for instance were pretty far down in the mix. Might want to consider bringing them up a little more or adding some other elements to that frequency to get more "shimmer" or "punch". But these were very good tracks.
One thing though, do you think it is best to post all unfinished products? I think it takes a lot of excitement away for average listeners when looking at a page of all unfinished work. Just something to think about as you are looking for more attention.

Don't wanna be a bitch, but I'm not getting what's so 'stand out' about the tunes... sounds exactly the same as every other producer working this style the death at the minute... Tracks are obviously fairly well produced for the most part and mostly well put together, just not 'stand out' or anything to write home about, also I agree with astrobear, it's a good idea to not post too many wips i think, it looks unprofessional, and even as an amateur musician that can be damaging, as a general rule if i see wips on somebodys soundcloud it'll take a miracle to get me to listen to anything they've posted. As for trying to get labels to notice, just send some tunes to them. Most of them are pretty good and will give feedback if they find time.

are there basslines in those tracks, It sounded like loops to me. It could be my laptop speakers. I'll check it out on my PAs later. It's 4 am where I am

yo. im not feeling these tracks either. i know they are all unfinished/wip but they need alot of work. some of the tracks structures are weird and would find it hard to mix them. the mix of your songs need work. some sounds too overpowering, some sounds not enough.
neon jungle v2. there is no bass just synth n drums. not mixed well
washed up again no real bass and the structure is all wrong. just seems like synth n drums. no drops or defining mix points or changes in sounds. needs more i think
80's phaser is ok just a bit weirdwith some sounds sounding out of place
boarx is good but no bass again. sick synth though
hang on a second has no bass to it either the midn high bass is too overpowering in the song and cant hear the drums very well at all
power skank again no bass just a loud noise overpowering everything
ive not got a label deal or know nothing about signing a good track but i know good music and think your tracks need alot of work before a label will sign these

Dunno about your stuff, guise. .. Same instruments in every track and so on .
Got SOMETHING going on but .. it sound rather experimental than a finished product . Following the exact same sounds and patterns that all other dubstep producers in this forum and community..
kinda lame and poor . I mean, some ideas are interesting but they're not finished .
For example, i wouldn't pay money to listen to your tracks .

All these comment's sound a bit harsh but dude you pretty much asked for it. labels are gunna want full finished tracks with abit more backing than you've got. I'm not saying i can do any better and i'm not saying i'm ready/talented enough for a labels attention. y advice is get back in the studio, finish some track, drop them out, see the crowds reactions ect (you to know get your market audiences thoughts), get back in the studio touch anything up and then send them to labels.
Hope things work out for you but as stated I don't think your quite there yet, and bold statements DON'T help (although quite alot of attention in this thread so maybe bold statment's do get you somewhere) and you have got the most honest, no feeling spared advice/thoughts i've seen in this forum so...[starts new thread entitled "BEST PRODUCER OF 2011].
Peace
