think the title of the youtube video is a bit of an over reaction.
Are there kids at your school who suggest that black people are a different species to white people?
No one said they were a different species, you heard one quote from the dude, out of context.
He said they couldn't have evolved from them.
It's a very unspecific and, in the context of the video, ambiguous statement - what it sounds like to me is that he has misunderstood the theory of evolution*
However evolve does not mean a change from one species to another just the change of one or more inherited traits (I had to check this, but only used Wiki - hope it's right

) he probably means that because all humans originate from africa, he assumes, we must have evolved from having black skin to white skin (as this was beneficial to survival in our environment).
If he is a creationist I assume he will believe all humans are made in gods image and so obviously are all the same species.
Lots of people at my school were creationist muslims btw even the a* students
*Which most people would if nearly everyone they knew was a creationist - misconceptions are had by one person and then passed on to other [i.e. the first law of thermo dynamics and the law of conservation of mass are often miss quoted from "in a closed system, energy/matter can not be create dor sistroyed" and lose the in a closed system part, this is usually entirely inocent and not an attempt at spreading misinformation to make people believe in god - infact i'm no expert on the theory of evolution and may have even spread mis-information in this post! please point it out if I have

)
EDIT: okay he said african american evolve from a white person (?? i think i can't understand his accent hhaa) that shows some ignorance - but as I say it's probably (hopefully?) because of misinformation he's been fed rather than any outright racist prejudice. I'm ignorant to a hell of a lot of things and so is everyone - it doesn't make him any worse than you or me to what that ignorance is.
As I said It's a very unspecific and ambiguous statement so to make character judgements based on it seems a bit daft.
