I've got it but I'm not selling it I'm afraid...

You could always try http://www.htfr.com/. It might take awhile but I've got some great old stuff through them before.

never ever ever ever buy from HTFR unless you absolutely have to. Loads of people have told incredibly bad stories about dealing with them - wrong records being sent, shit never turning up, vinyl arriving completely trashed. And that's not even the half of it.

Stick to buying from ebay, gemm.com or discogs.com I say. :4:

Well, in all fairness ive ordered from rooted records twice...and both times the orders been wrong, and id still recommend them anyday to anyone...

And some guy I know (might be a different case for a house and dnb DJ...) swears by htfr. Basically buys everything from there.

who knows!

I know the guys well in Rooted - if they've got orders wrong, I'm sure it's been honest mistakes and nothing else. And I'm positive that if you called to let them know, they'd do anything they could to sort it out asap. Tom & Chris @ Rooted are top boys who aren't out to skank anyone.

HTFR however, are (allegedly ;)) dodgy as fuck. I've heard stories about them to make your hair stand on end - records turning up cracked or with footprints on them (!!), shit that doesn't arrive then when you call they just hang up, and then there's the 'stories' about bootlegged records...

Seems to turn up on e-bay fairly regularly from what I can remember. Got this and quite a few old texture bits, but I'm keepin em.

You'd probably get it pretty cheap too - breakstep seems to be pretty out of favour (luckily for some).

If you can still find it try and nab Metro by Darqwan (this was rereleased comparatively recently I think) and Daluq - Supafine/Oriental Express. Quite like Taiwan Ink too but don't think it's to everyone's tastes.

http://www.discogs.com/label/Texture+Records

I'd say that most of these releases were pretty essential to be honest (and I seem to own most of em too :D )
Hmm....

Nice one I'll have to give that a look, just need to wait a couple of weeks for some extra P then thats me.

On a side note I've had great custumer service from rooted, receiving emails to let me know whats going on.

Boomkat however have been long over the new D1 release, ok its been delayed but they sent the rest of my order then when I phoned they tried to say I'd have to pay p+p again even though I'd already paid for registered post!

Not a good look!

I've ordered from Boomkat once and unfortunately they screwed up the order. Too bad.
