amateur producer, been writing music since about December.
this is my first dubstep track in order to experiment and get a feel for writing new kinds of music.
simple and minimalistic.

nice...actually pretty good for a first dubstep
. atleast ur first dubstep actually sounds like dubstep lol...mine just sounds like ugly hiphop

Yea dude, not too bad. What are you making your wobbles with? I'd say just try putting some compression on the drums to make em hit harder. And a limiter on the master track to level out all the sounds more gain wise.

thanks for the feedback guys. i'm mainly using Massive and Reaktor as my instrument base. i'm very new to music production and have a lot to learn as far as mastering goes so i thank you for the advice and will do some experimentation with it.

I agree with jrisreal, for being your first dubstep track, this is good.
I enjoyed the sound of the wobbles, although imho I'd raise the volume on the drums just a sliiight bit, I can't really feel the punch of the kick and the snare sort of get drowned by the synths. If it were your intentions though, disregard what I said
