I thought, eff-it, we've been talking about this for ages and some are for and against it, so I thought i'd just try it out :).

I like this idea cause I have very little knowledge of DJ'ing and producing but I am going to start DJ'ing when I get too frustrated at producing so its almost like I'm killing 2 birds with 1 stone, but anyways. Looking forward to this being completed. Also I appreciate the work that will go into this.

Fair enough, just noticed the "** - Discussion lead rather than a 'how to'" mark.
Most DJs I know (myself included) tend to rock a bit harder at least a little liquored up.

Never understood this. You wouldn't go do a normal job pissed up and risk ruining it, so why do DJ's see it as more acceptable? Just get pissed after you play!
