graham hancock is as credible as it gets. of course people don't agree with him. he claims that the majority of consensus history is a lie.

He doesn't say it's a lie, just that it ignores all the evidence it can't explain in favour of pretending the 'experts' know exactly what happened. There will be a paradigm shift sometime soon hopefullychristophera wrote:graham hancock is as credible as it gets. of course people don't agree with him. he claims that the majority of consensus history is a lie.

I just listened to it on audiobook. Read by Richard Dawkins - love that voice!Badman Juice wrote:charles darwin is a shit writer compared to the guys who put the bible together, so I haven't bothered reading his stuff.

Am I the only one who thinks that the problem with religion in the science classroom doesn't stem from religion, but from the way evolution is taught?
Don't know what it's like over there, in the US. But our books and terminology are way outdated. I get it, like, they wanna keep evolution as simple as possible, but by simplifying it, you get holes and unnecessary confusion. If anything, more time should be devoted to teaching evolution and make it more interactive, so people can truly grasp it. 'cause the way a lot of evolution proponents try to convince creationists of their ideas, I can see why they're so skeptical of the truth of evolution.

That's just the whole way the education system works, it's too dumbed down and is basically just requires kids to repeat what they're told.Genevieve wrote:Am I the only one who thinks that the problem with religion in the science classroom doesn't stem from religion, but from the way evolution is taught?
