Well you got a few options:

Just keep trying (without getting too frustrated)
Don't bother writing anything (and don't worry that you're not getting anything done)
Listen to lots of other peoples music.
Meditate or something similar.

The illusion is that it'll stay forever, it won't. :W:

Just take a step back and don't try to force anything. The best music will happen when everything occurs naturally and you just have fun with it. Happens to everyone though so just don't worry about it and you should slowly find your creative juices building back up again 8)

On the other hand (no pun intended), have a wank?

Sample up, i.e start collating samples from, records, dvd's, magazines(ds's), when you do this you have some fresh sounds to work with................................

I just sound design a bunch, and then I have like 80 new patches to work with, and I've learned a lot in the process.

smoke weed, take a break, or just push through it

i've gone through like 4 semi alright melodies in a session then the 5th one just bangs out and i'm in this constant flow of creativity

I usually just stop - But at other times i start making different synths(basses, wobbles, leads, pads etc etc.) Until i've got something good. A last thing i do is to get some inspiration from presets.

Look for new artists/sounds.

Listen to old tracks you've made.

Don't take a break.

Work on percussion loops - drums - new bass or synth patches, go on a sample hunt and find some new samples to use in a tune.

Basically just keep pushing - something will come sooner or later - you'll get an idea through a break or drum loop you've made, or you'll create a great patch to use on a tune and you'll be on a roll again.
