posted a fair bit of PUTS on here, no-one seems to know! My favourite music of all time, period. O.S.T. is the one. Makes me want to find a porch and spend the afternoon building Long Islands, especially on a day like today!

Blah, sounds like 1995. I never thought he's bad, but rappers have been sounding like this since the early '90s.
Most rappers do. I pray for the day that at least most underground hip-hop becomes either instrumental or less MC based. Never gonna happen, though.
Duuude the LA scene is FUULL of instrumental beats right now. Check out Samiyam, Flying Lotus, Teebs, Gaslamp Killer, Lorn, MathewDavid, Jon Wayne, Ras G, Nosaj Thing, etc.

Oh yeah, I know. I've had heads like Loops Haunt and Dorian Concept play at my party myself. But it's mostly been embraced by the electronic music scene. The hip-hop scene is still mostly about rappers and their ego.
I dig plenty of hip-hop with rappers. No shit. But the way 'beats and rhymes' has been done these past 30 years is getting mad old.
