Hi,

Two great vinyls you should add to the playlist!
You should check "Negative Green"

Where is the problem? Then let us say: Mood-setting, dark or atmospheric?

I kind of take offense op. I don't think you can call the mellow chilled and bass heavy side of the genre, 'background music'. This is the stuff the music has always truly been about. I only ever play these kind of sets.

Plus i'm a lil suspicious of your wording. List of tunes to download, I really hope you mean legitamately download (I.e: juno or the likes).

mate i only ever download off juno/itunes cos i respect the industry and i always want the best quality money can buy :w: and well when i say background music i meant it wud be like that on the actual night because the main focus is on the acts not the music, so can you see why I say background music? The music itself is heaven and I already have a beautiful tracklist :U: sorry for any offence, just needed a bit of help

alright, point taken. I haven't slept in 36 hours and am a lil grumpy. Search for the tracks: the voice, from the shadow by someone called spiritless. They where free online somewhere and really deep bassy tracks.
Next to that dsf's very own: Legend4ry, Drokkr, Grooki, Deesee, Forensics and a host of others have some great music out there.

Um what else, well km's new cd is out one or two really great tracks on that... urm, yeah that sort of thing should do it.
Hope the night goes well.

the word you guys are looking for is 'Dubstep'

of course you have a right to call the music ambient but you may as well call it thrash metal

I wasn't talking about what somebody might call "Ambient-music, -electronica, -whatever" I was using the word as an adjective. So what is your point? A lot of dubstep can be defined by using the word "Ambient". But yes, i disagree with calling it "weird" - But let's not be stnuc just for the fuck of it.
