One got burgers and chips with the cheese grilled on top.
Is that nearish to Sainsburys?
there's one in town centre that resembles a cafe that's not too far from sainsbury's
then there's the chip shop type one that's open till 5:30AM and is near co op and Ride 2 and Roundabout. (now just called ride).

Chips, cheese & kebab sauce is where it's at
I don't dislike gravy or curry sauce on em; and I remember my mate asked for curry sauce in Newcastle and the guy looked at him funny and proceeded to pour mayo on haha. Had never heard of mayo n chips til then.

I go there when I'm drunk on the way home. I live on Beatrice avenue (off Lipson road) so it's on the way home from a lot of places.
It's dirty greasy food but that can be good. Means no hangover the next day if I stop of there (though a stomach full of beer and a triple bacon cheese burger can mean a long time on the toilet)

I usually stay just off the Penny come quick roundabout when i'm down but I have a few friends that live on North Hill (think that's the name), so I may get a chance to experience the Jakes grease!

oh... it's just straight up green curry... looks like they've probably used corn starch instead of coconut milk to thicken
i can't imagine this... going to have to try it with mcdonalds fries
i could definitely imagine it being terrible...i want currywurst now.

no no no no
you're thinking too much about it
'green' curry plays no part in this
this is 'curry sauce'
its not... its kinda...
well...
its not really anything
other than curry-powder-flavoured gravy...
more than that i cannot say

I usually don't slate other peoples cuisine, but that looks like it came out of an asshole. Straight diarrhea.

You can't judge a countries cuisine based on something that's mainly eaten at 3am by drunk people.

Wrong.
I can eat it at 3am sober, or 1pm drunk.

Chips in pitta, garlic sauce, chilli sauce. The taste of north london.
We found one place in Nottingham that did chips in naan bread, though - if you're going to do carb on carb that's the one to go for.
