...the average levels of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, in the products rose from 7 percent in 2003 to 8.5 percent in 2006.
The pharmacy department at Mississippi has compiled data on 59,369 samples of cannabis, 1,225 hashish samples, and 443 hash oil samples confiscated since 1975. "The highest concentration of (THC) found in a cannabis (marijuana) sample is 33.12 percent from Oregon State Police," the report reads.
Thats it I'm moving to Oregon.

Get the feeling that skunk would never really have taken off in this country if the government had looked into allowing legal sale and importation of hashish. Stop the less potent varieties coming through and then the homegrown variety is bred far stronger.
Bit like removing beer from bars cause people get drunk and replacing it with cheap vodka - very sensible.
In a war against inanimate objects the government appears to be losing

Don't have that problem in Canada. Always clean, great potent weed. Has been since I can remember. The government doesn't seem to make a stink about it here either.
