In hope of sounding redundant, you need more bass - Better yet, reece!

Stop using massive if you're using it.. There's nothing inherently wrong with it, but you're just not getting enough punch/depth in your reeces.

FM8 or Z3ta+ then some Ohm distortion/Amplitube, freq split, flange/chorus/phaser, EQ > bounce. Use sampler to cut and loop segments, filter sweep, tight reverb etc...

It will take some time, but it'll be some fun tyme :)

hey--thanks for the feedback.

when u say more bass, do you mean more sub? or just more quantity/quality of bass in general?

I am using massive--and i'm probably not doing enough to it to make it distinct/unique. Thanks for the tips!!! :)

double post?

+1
he is saying that you arent getting the punch out of your synth (bass) that you could with a little resampling and some use of something along the lines of FM8, this isnt to say massive is not good, massive is my go to guy and I get my shit sounding pretty thick, but I also don't really use reese basses which is the main synth sound you have going on, at least in your first track.
