who creates the most noisy / aggressive dubstep?
Re: who creates the most noisy / aggressive dubstep?
Hey
Thanks to some of you who honestly are honestly trying to help. I did some more looking and the closest thing I can find to the sound I'm looking for is Datsik. The song of his called "Firepower" is close. its not dark or mood setting like Ekaros, but its very "in your face" aggressive and noisy. I guess I'm looking for tracks like that. but on the bleeding edge of what most people enjoy listening to.
here read this below
-----------------
imagine your parents walked past your room or walked up to your car and heard you listening to Firepower by Datsik. their face would just WRINKLE up
"my god what are you listening to?????????" they would ask.
you might say "oh this is dubstep"
but you might be thinking "geez mom...Datsik is not even that crazy....you should hear tracks by _______________...hes a complete psycho!!"
who might that artist be?? that blank line is who im looking for.

doesn't get any more hardcore than this. all the dentist drills and cheap gameboy yoy sounds in the world will never be as hard-hitting and frightening as this tune. if you don't like it it's probably because you're too much of a pussy and should listen to robots puking or shit.

I was going to post this tune, then saw you already had.

Not really dubstep, but you get the idea.

If you think datsik is crazy you must be about 15 years old.
Re: who creates the most noisy / aggressive dubstep?
well wolf if you would just read the rest of this thread it would be painfully obvious....I have mentioned in a few different ways....... I was guessing that Datsik was NOT the far far end of the spectrum....so...I guess that tells you i'm not 15? ?
anyways. Datsik was an artist whose music I enjoyed when i heard tracks here and there...
I figured that people would throw some names at me that I should check out and some people totally did. Nothing so far that was hugely more harsh than the slew of videos flung around youtube that im gonna check out...more importantly i still have lots of search terms and artist names and tracks to listen to...And more artists somewhat similar to Datsik that I like the sound of. it took many years of looking to track down bands I enjoy in other types of computer made music...i enjoy it.
hah! actually some of the videos in this thread are good tracks
way to axe murder an artform........i know i know...im sorry..........

Re: who creates the most noisy / aggressive dubstep?
not dubstep but deserves a mention:
but why am i posting this anyway, i already know it's hopeless. you'll listen to this and hear no weird farting noises and say it's not heavy/hard/aggressive/whatever.
what you're looking for is not the sonic equivalent of someone hitting your face with a sledgehammer, you're obviously just here for the wobbles. and we've already had about 3 billion "omg sickest drop/filthiest wobble lol/rofl dubstep makes me eat my poo" threads, so why don't you just go and look for these.
i'm sure there you'll find a lots of tunes that can give you the illusion of listening to something TOTALLY SICK to make your parents angry

reminds me of this:

The best 'aggressive' artists in dubstep I'd consider the likes of vex'd or broken note, but that's clearly not what your looking for. Although honestly, I wouldn't consider datsik or skrillix aggressive, it's just wobble noises, vex'd and broken note create aggression without having to use those wobble noises. Check out vex'd first album and songs like 'pop vip' or 'angels'.
Why not just skip dubstep altogether and go for some harsh noise like merzbow, masonna or whitehouse's mummy and daddy album.
Or some drill & bass with venetian snares album 'doll doll doll'.
Datsik, exsicsion, skrillix, borgore are shit.
