Coki Sound Question

Post by FatChocolate » Fri Apr 15, 2011 3:42 am

I've been really fed up lately with all the watered down dubstepcoming out now days and I've been heading back to the DMZ and Coki days. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the wobble sound like coki uses is robotnik and goblin. I use massive for wobbles, but it would also to be helpful to find out what he uses. Any help would be much appreciated. For those of you who are reading I would like to thank you fro taking the time to try and help me out. Have a nice day.

doesnt sound like anything complex. he could have done it in almost any way that people do their wobbles anyway...
...in my opinion

I know how to make a wobble, and I know for a fact he uses a delay. But what I'm more after is how he creates that sort of liquid sound that goes with the wobble? Like in this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kaYFw2Q ... re=related

its resonance combined with something...sometimes the liquidy tone comes from the bass's waveform itself .. i dont know exactly how that works though
...in my opinion
