I haven't no. Just Googled her name though. Any recommended reads?

I used to talk to Annie Machon on a regular basis. I write a paper at university with her help related to terrorism. Although not strictly the same, she used to work for MI5 but let out a lot of secrecy and was very helpful for several months. No idea where she is now though, lost contact with her.

Think this would work well in the US? I'm sure it has the same results.

I've seen numerous videos of it happening in Canada. Not seen much in the US. But to be honest I've not been looking.

I hate this stuff. People claiming to be freemen so they dont have to deal with things they don't want to but he seems perfectly happy to benefit from living in a society. If you want to be a freeman then piss off to the woods and actually be self sufficient

i think its more a protest about the erosion of natural freedoms than a desire to be some sort of self-sufficient unabomber wannabe

but yeh, im still undecided on where i stand on this tbh...

had a rather nasty encounter with teh police few hours ago. They were "assuming" we were smoking cannabis in a public park, fucking searched us (we even had to put out our shoes), and didn't find a thing! NO drugs!

So at first these guys were very fucking unhuman to us. As if we were fucking slaves to them or something (that's just about when we were handing over our personal info, adress and shit. then during the search they were fucking brutal; then after when they found nothing they were like: okay, you're free to go. But we'll have to write you down in the database. (because they "assumed" we were smoking cannabis but didn't even find something!!!!! teh fuck

I specifically asked them what they would do if i didn't give them my id and they said we'll arrest you and i gave it anyway! fck

You should have asked him "Am I obliged to give you my ID?" if he says yes ask him under what law. Ask him if that law is an act of parliament and if so he can only legally request that ID from you if you consent, to which you don't. Ah man, I could go deep, but its police "time wasting" and "bullying" like this which I hate.

Just to add a side note, a free man is not a rebelious idiot that goes against the government to break laws and avoid fines. No way. Some people claim to be a free man but are actually not, and are using their new found knowledge to get above the law for fun whilst still living within the system. I went on a crazy rampage yesterday and spoke on Skype with a free man from tpuc. He explained a lot to me.

There are things you can do such as remove bailiffs from your property, avoid TV licenses, council tax etc etc. But, if you're a free man, you are one because you don't agree with the corruption, lies and profiting of the UK as a corporation. Once you begin to understand "company policy" and how their "contract" constantly changes to benefit them without our consent soley to profit in any way, shape, or form .... you will start to see it all makes sense.

It's not a ritual. Or a religion. Or a conspiracy theory. It's fact in black and white. What these people do is "unmask" what the media and government have masked and hidden from you.

We are in their grip. You don't own your child. You don't own your car. You don't own anything you register through the government. It's theirs. They can remove it from you whenever they like.

good stuff man. You have to understand the words you speak. just like court is either a tennis court with opposing players throwing the ball back to the other side of the court with an official watching, and court is a law court with opposing representatives throwing the case back to the other side of the courtroom with an official judging it all. Jordan Maxwell talks about this

I don't understand the question.

As a freeman you are to be addresses as a human and treated as a human under common law and not a government entity. If you are not treated as a government entity corporate laws and policies (acts of parliament) do not apply to you because you don't "work" for the government so they can not treat you as an employee. But, people fail to see that's EXACTLY how the UK works. If you go into court, and ask the judge before you enter if you be treated as a human and not a person or an entity they will agree. Such titles like Mr, Mrs and recorded names on your birth certificate do not apply and you can ask the judge to address you by your given name (James in my case) and they will.

A judge know exactly what's going on when you arrive at court with your head screwed on. And they won't dispute it because it's fact.

This is why I am saying, people who treat this as some conspiracy theory really need to open their eyes, because it's not. Look on youtube about Freemen in court. Most get dismissed because they ask the judge to honor their oath and the judge abandons the court. If they don't honor their oath when asked they can be arrested for treason ... but all this boils down to what has been discussed in this thread and the free man truth movement.

can I write a letter to the police? Requesting that they don't put us in the database because they have no evidence whatsoever, just a brutal little police officer who 'thinks' we were smoking. They didn't even find a roach or whatever. Stupid fuckers.

Whenever I asked him a question he said to me: shut up, speak only when I talk to you, in a very rude way, multiple times. He even threatened to arrest me because I kept asking questions; though I was very friendly, was talking on a really soft tone, and even used polite words and shit. I could say: okay whatever, i didn't get into trouble, but I find it ridiculous that we aren't even allowed to chill in a little park at night. I mean; this guy probably saw us from his police car, had a hunch that we were smoking cannabis, and just comes to us, is fucking rude, starts to search us and shit. What right and i mean on an ethical level does this fuckhead have to just come and be disrespectful to us while we caused no loss or harm to some one else! They should be catching actual real criminals: people who stab other people or shit like that.

my mate wasn't even allowed to light himself a cigarette during the search.

I knew the police were fuckers, but these kind of fuckers. This isn't just doing your job, this is injustice!

Yep. As police officers they are not honoring their oath. They are just power hungry.

I advise you to get clued up mate so next time, you have the knowledge and power to force them away. Always record it on your phone and if he asks you to stop, refuse, it's legal. If he threatens with arrest ask "under what law". Record it to protect yourself. The will try to say and do things which are total bullshit because they assume you know nothing. They want you to bite bate, and have something to arrest you on so they can go back to the office and chill.

DO NOT GIVE HIM A NAME! If he asks "name please sir" ask "am I under obligation to give you my name" if he says yes "under what law". Again, he needs to recite any law word for word. Once you give your name, you are treated as an employee for the United Kingdom corporation and the United Kingdoms company laws and policies apply to you. Without a name only common law applies to you which is to not cause harm or loss to others.

Even if there is a parliament act which requires you to give him your name, you have not established yourself as a Person to the officer, so that law does not apply to you until you give him your name. Only common law applies ... unless you give consent. Which is where they trick you with legalese and ask you to stand under them with the "Do you understand" phrase.

Police tend to use the precautionary approach. They treat you as a "drug smoker" or "drug dealer" or "thief" because you're a bunch of youths in a park and they want to take action as a precaution before you commit the offense. Which is total bullshit.

You do have power dude. You can force him to walk away with his head in shame. So long as you are not doing anything wrong.

If you want any help or advice finding resources, PM me and I will personally offer some of my time to help you out.

thanks for the help. Though I live in Belgium, and here you are always forced by the law to show your ID to the police if they ask it. That's what the internet says. There's a law for it. The only rule around it is that they have to have some kind of a reason to ask the ID. They are not allowed to just ask randomly. Which is the case here i think. unless if the assumption of smoking cannabis in a park is a valid reason.
In the UK you are never forced to show ID. There's no law for it.

I don't know if they make a difference between common law, and those other laws, i mean statutes here in Belgium

My mate actually took a few pictures of him searching us, and even a short film. thank god for camera's on mobile phones.

Oh. I am not actually sure if the same applies in Belgium, I think it might. Your best bet is to research. Go to www.tpuc.org and register on the forums and ask, those guys will help you out a lot.
