Honestly, none of my friends have ever sucked (already this post is going wrong). I don't see many of them anymore, people change, shit changes. But they've all been ace. :4: to all my friends. Pure :U: . I miss them all so much. I regret that I've gained far more from my friends then they have gained from me. Life 2.0 will be different, hopefully.

People I went to school & college with I considered 'friends' at the time. Turns out they weren't. They were just people I went to school & college with.

I'm still mates with 80% of my childhood mates, most live around half hour away, the rest in the same city as me and we didn't grow up there (we all weirdly sort of moved together). They're all safe, very few derks in my past, I chose well as a young'un :)

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.

I was from an unbelievably strict military family, so I don't know what friends are really. :cornlol:

I've had both. Some people I've drifted away from, some I've stayed friends with. Just how it goes.

yeah innit. when you realise people don't wanna hear your problems that's when you kinda gauge your friendship with them

Same.

My mates who are still mates from school (and not people I've met through music or work) suck...

Closest friend 1: Works full time in a bowling alley
Closest friend 2: Finished Uni about a year ago, still can't get a job. Loves listening to lame music (1950s), wears the sort of clothes his dad would wear, practices Kung-Fu and Yoga, looks like a mess too. His mum moans to us about how weird he is.
Closest friend 3: Fuck knows what happened to him.

All the rest moved away with their family to Essex or Bournemouth etc. I've a few mates in between but they're not people I can rely on..

lmao, apply that to my "close friends"

friend 1: claiming from his mums gaff, sells weed and spends all his cash on video games and couldn't get pussy if he was drowning in one, but lies about sleeping with imaginary women.
friend 2: doing a 15 stretch for arms on a bank.
friend 3: under the thumb and constantly moans about being under the thumb but too soft to break up with his moaning shit-for-brains girlfriend.

Over the weekend one of my oldest friends talked for 30 minutes about his new hobby of collecting coupons. He has a huge table in his house covered with coupons he is sorting through. He also now gives people coupons as gifts.
