hey guys i somehow missed this thread when it was poppin. so yea we host some nights at cabs in new paltz, but we are really on our own agenda at this time. we've had an awesome time in new paltz and cant be any more pleased with the local energy thats evolved over the past 2 years.

im always down to meet up with other dsf'ers

for our last two shows were excited to bring up Starkey and Humble Dinosaur soon on 3/4 ...and 5/6 is our two year birthday with an open bar and all sorts of other fun stuff lined up.

here in albany we (deep children) just started up a monthly at fuze box every third friday. last week was just a really fun at-capacity party full of happy dancing people

which makes me feel like albanys been waiting for a regular event like that for waaay too long

i def need to go up there. I skate the shelter up there and iv party hopped a few times on the weekends.
I have to say the party's in Albany are pretty crazy ! lol only 2 of them had real djs spinning house, most of them were just ipods and kegs.
so im about to go up there with a PA and spin some bass on and around Ontario st lol (not saying that you guys aren't)

openers are deep, techy house.

Outlet is glitchy hip hop sort of "pretty lights" music.

i'm in binghamton (when school is in session) and am hoping that i can find like-minded peeps to start some sorta scene around here. I was at the watchtower wobble when dave q rolled through and was really impressed with the New Paltz crew. to my knowledge the bass-oriented parties are pretty irregular affairs, house parties and the like. I'd like to see some legit things around here (proper soundsystems and all), so peeps around the southern tier hit me up!
