This belongs in general discussion, its in no way production related...

Skrillex is a former Emo/Screamo vocalist who jumped on the dubstep bandwagon about 6 months ago. Most of the people on this forum will claim to have a problem with his production quality, but not me, Ill outright admit I just think he's a tnuc personality wise, never heard his tunes that I know of... Most of the people on this forum who tear into him are really just upset because he is milking his past fame, he still uses his old stage name and you can get away from the plugs for his old band... Think if he'd have dropped his past clout and started afresh people might not dislike him so much. He's on deadmaus's label maustrap. They sell Skrillex tshirts in American pop music stores.

These skrillex posts get old. I mean if you don't know who he is, google his name and you'll learn pretty much everything you need to know. You'll even find links to his music all over the place and you can listen to it and judge it for yourself. I personally don't have a problem with his music. Hell, he's making money, can't really hate someone for that. I don't like all his stuff, but he's got some decent tracks out there. I actually really like the Reptile track.

As for the OP.....Is this your first time on the internet or just trolling? I mean anyone who has ever used the internet before knows that something as general as "Who is Skrillex" is bound to pull up at least a dozen, rather detailed, articles on some website somewhere. If that topic or person happens to be especially popular, you'll probably get somewhere in the thousands. Google is not something new, I'm sure we all know how to use it.

Further, how many people here actually admit to the force he resonates? It's one thing to dislike someone because people tell you to, another thing entirely to dislike someone because you choose to. I think he has incredible talent, and that's just my opinion.
