@alexvont12 - Thanks for the feedback man ill work on the mids I love the atmosphere in the intro yeh thats nice, feelin the synth aswell good stuff! Only thing i just cudnt hear much low end, think it would sound really melodic with a nice deep sub underneath.

@ spucimen - Cheers for your feedback appreciate it! I love the idea the track is layered out nice the vocals fit in, however i do agree with amphibian there is alot of reverb...the bass sounds like it has a bit too much compression also...hope this helps

mrp- kick is a little heavy. maybe turn it town a little. i like the intro. reminds me of donkey kong, on acid. wobbles are the generic youtube things.. sorry not much more to be said. a little loud too.

jl : i like it. not trying to be super heavy, but still packing a punch. maybe change the drums up a little? give it some variations in the right places. you have a lot of good elements. and i like the way you used them.

I think you've got some good ideas going there'sI just feel like the intro is weak..but I like the drums and that lead synth(not the bass)the drop at 3:19 is awesome you should focus on that one and have some kind of drop similar to that earlier

@Driptide you need to def get that bassline doing more along side them arps should be warping and have higher pitches and patches along side it i was digging the arp sounds.

@oprs I like the attempt has great ideas but needs some refinement i can see this going a bit more hard core and take out that arp. Check Broken Note for the vibe i think u could get off this

@alexvont12 i was digging the song and mix is good but i would consider making the bass hit lower and maybe panning some of the percussions

@tripwire - love the industrial/factory feel that "clang" is making. Gives it a very solemn vibe in the intro, and the pad that follows is fantastic. I feel the bass needs a bit more volume, 2-3 minimum. in a deep track like that it, it really needs to take centre stage Overall really nice synthesis. I think after the first 16 bars of the drop though, you need a bit more variation, possibly even phasing out the clang for a while, as this tends to drone on after too long, as it doesn't change at all. I am speaking about before the breakdown, so that it disappears before the 8 bars leading up to it, and possibly leave it out after the 2nd drop until later in the track.
@darj - very hard for me to be objective about this kind of tune, because I am soooo sick of that kind of bass, but I'll do my best I think the snare could use a clap or some whitenoise on the top-end, as to me it doesn't quite sit right with the rest of the tune. Variation in general is good, you keep the listener interested. Pad that pops in every now and then doesn't quite sound right, could be the key, not sure. I also think the kick needs more bottom end.

@tripwire22 - i love it mate! the percussion is spot on! i think the snare could be with being a little louder so it really punches through that bass maybe boost your highs just a little aswell
@Darj - your snare needs alot of work mate it sounds very weak and boring imo, think your main bass is muddy, did you slap a shit load of distortion on it?? silly question try adding little bits of distortion at a time might make your bass sound a little cleaner

@obzen - sounding great - kick is way too loud though, possibly even give it a little attack to soften it up some, only 5-10ms. Like where it's going. Nice atmospherics and general vibe. Very unsettling (in a good way)

@ obzen - im feelin that loads bro, very meaty sub and lovin all the effects! Do agree about the kick though, maybe take some bass out of it or turn up the pitch on it to bring out the sub more...sick track tho man likin it!

@ tripwire - the further draft is amazing, reminds me kryptic minds honestly no critism at all get the engineers on it lol! What program are you using?

Great track love the hip hop vocals. Really well mixed and I think the bass is just present enough. Solid flow. KEEP IT UP!

this track has a lot of potential I think but right now it seems rather cluttered with the filter on the wobble and the 1/32 notes all over the place. Dont get me wrong I think 1/32 notes are legit but I think if you used them a little more sparingly then they would stand out and people will think it's tight. also the drums could be just a little more in the mix IMO

Love the minimal style with the more natural drums. However I really feel that if you tightened up the kick and actually put maybe just a tiny bit of side-chaining on it in conjunction with the sub I feel it would balance the track a lot better. during the main section I really noticed that the sub bass and the kick are fighting for control over the low end. Looking forward to the final project definitely Just tighten up that kick into it's own sonic space and I think you'll be good to go bro!

One of them sounds to be in a minor scale whereas the other is at least partly major. I could be wrong. The super-fast wobble doesn't really seem to fit the overall vibe of the tune. I'd also try thickening it up, add another oscillator 1 octave lower, keep it mono, but send a copy to another channel and widen that quite a bit, possibly even automating the width. Would ensure it uses up more of your spectrum, as atm it sounds rather empty.

Thanks for the input. I'm definitely in very early stages with this track but I think your comments are accurate. I'll take a look at the key of the song as well as thickening it up.
