Amidst the threat of world war, nuclear holocaust, poverty, and famine, 9-foot visitors from outer space come to our planet promising peace and prosperity, but at what price? The only hint of their true intentions is the title of an enigmatic book called To Serve Man. While we think it's a manual to bring us salvation, it really turns out to be a galactic cookbook!

'To Serve Man! Dubstep meets Sci-fi' is a 90 minute montage of clips from classic 50's - '60's sci-fil films and television shows ('It Came From Outer Space', 'The Day the Earth Stood Still', 'This Island Earth' and the Twilight Zone) set to the latest cutting edge dubstep tracks. To Serve Man (TSM) first debuted at the Alamo Drafthouse Lake Creek to a full house and is coming to the Absinthe Lounge in Dallas on Saturday, May 14th.

Austin based DJ/Producer Lord Pyro will be performing TSM as a live DJ set, spinning a dazzling array of dubstep tracks ranging from "intelligent" dubstep (Burial, Synchro,etc) to hard hitting tear your face off bass heavy beats!

The Absinthe Lounge, voted most trendy bar in Dallas is Located in the historical South Side lofts on Lamar, originally the Sears and Roebuck headquarters built in 1913, Absinthe is a step back in time. Art Nouveau décor throughout the lounge pays homage to an era when architecture and interior design were the perfect marriage of form, function and art.
