after seeing all these sick plugins I was like, "Hell yea I want these asap!" and then I thought for a second that there's no way these have AU versions as well since apparently that's how it has to be with most awesome VSTs :corncry:
look up. apparently theres a VST to AU converter
Which only works for some plugins, and by some I mean very few. Its hacky, and not worth bothering with. AU is actually a better format than VST, so a mac user using a VST makes no sense.
just curious, but what makes AU better? Stability? Quality?
...in my opinion

This too, from the same guys. "Modular MIDI controlled FILTER & ADSR."

They've got a couple non freeware samples and VSTs that are pretty nice too and everything was pretty much below 10$.

I fully get that PC is a huge based operating system platform, but when the majority of Artists are running a MacBook Pro... you would think people would change there programming platforms. I mean, I program and programming on PC with Visual Studios is bomb, but sucks when you want to make something for mac. Ya Xcode sucks but hell you can use visual studios on mac too. I would just like to see more Vsts coming out for mac.

Again... just my feelings. :z:

Looking at the mixer plugin, I will definitely get it once I get home.

really easy, just install your VST of choice and it will automatically find and wrap as an AU when you start logic

Nuendo is very similar to Cubase except there are additional audio post tools (better with video).

It is rather overpriced, Cubase and mastering just did not seem to quite ring true to me.
SafeandSound Mastering : PMC IB1S, MANLEY Massive Passive (Hardware), Summit Audio DCL-200, HCL Varis Vari Mu, Custom stereo linked 5 band mastering EQ.

Thanks for all the suggestions.
The colorspace plugins look cool.
I DL the pack on the site.
Will check-out the different synths.

On a side note.

Ummet Ozcan Genesis CM Synthesizer is also a great synth.
Free on the CM mag.
