Yeah, I get a bit into my dancing sometimes. At least a couple of times last night I was aware of a circle of space forming around me on the dancefloor when I was going for it
you sure it wernt just cos you stink lol
For me, it's usually the sweat I keep flinging off me.

Ended up not making it last night, sat in a pub with some mates getting very hammered instead.

FFFFFFUUUUUUU.... I must have been in the smoking area!
IDK, last night was a bit of a weird one imo. Was a bit, dare I say, meh.
Still had a good time and all that, it just seemed to me the night had no fluidity to it. A lot of stopping and starting - like bad sex.
this...and i left at the beginning of loefah's set because i've gotten bored of that new sound he's pushing...and it serves me right, cos i'm gutted i missed him play ruffage, goat stare and his I remix

I kinda know what you mean, but having no other DMZ to compare it to... :dunce:

It wasn't the most killer line-up. The styles were a bit too up and down to get a good flow maybe.

good night but not the best DMZ i've been to, really enjoyed silkies set a lot but jakes didn't really do much for me (except for his M.U.G.E.N remix) best thing about the night was probably just hanging out with the ninja's, top lads

see you all in the summer :D

not as many people as i was expecting but on the plus side you had more room to mooove. shame mala couldnt make it but i guess these things happen.

All the sets were pretty solid i think- It was nice hearing the jungle influences still cuttin through too. particularly in LD's set. Had a hand-ful of amens counted through the night and then for anyone who stayed longer, loefah and hijak played some nice old jungle for the last hour. cool seeing them mix&manage a completely different tempo.

Loefah's other sounds were cool too but im not so used to dancing to that kind of thing. especially after everything that came before had at least some half step elements to nod and skank too. proper weighty weighty tunes though but i think maybe another dedicated night (swamp maybe) for that type of thing ,might put it in a better context. glad i caught the goat stare too.

out to those who made it till the lights came on and to pokes for keeping the vibes rollin.

Thinking of heading up in the summer for the FWD before summer blaze down and the actual blaze down. Anyone fancy putting me and possibly my lass up for 2-3 nights?

i think we all been spoilt with some of the legendary nights that have gone down at dmz before, which makes it seem a bit shit if it aint goin off all the time and theres little problems etc lol

big vibes, gutted about lack of Mala
LD smashed it, classic Loe was big, and hearing Coki drop Soundboy and running to the front to sing... lol
Silkies set was the one for me, emotional!

bring on the next one...
