James Blake doing a DJ set at the Sonbridge Bar Friday night too, apparently Jackmaster was down as b2b with Joy O earlier today too, but Joy O's been removed, which is odd:

The Beat Hotel has been announced. It's new I think (at least I don't remember it from any previous festivals), and is open till 3am. Nice to see there are going to be lots of stuff going on late away from all the Shangri La/Arcadia etc late night corner stuff, which gets ridiculously busy if you try and go straight after headliners.

But anyway, I digress, Apparently Skream's doing a disco set at Midnight on the Sunday: http://twitter.com/#!/BeatHotelGlasto

only 3 weeks to go! Ridiculously excited!

does anyone know what times this 'deeper side of dubstep' thing is happening on friday at the underground? was gonna see primal scream as long as it's quite late, it'll be after 12 or so right? also hope i can get someone to actually come with me, my glasto crowd dont really appreciate deep stuff...

No idea what time the thing at the Underground is. It'll definitely be later than the headliners, the problem you've got to worry about is the new one way system into the late night area.

Basically in the last couple of years that whole late night area of the site has gotten too popular, dangerously so, to the point now where this year they're introducing a one way system between 11pm and 4am into Shangri La, Arcadia, Block9 etc so they can control numbers. So if you're trying to get in directly after Primal Scream you may run into problems. Then the underground in itself is quite small and fills up really quickly so you might have a queue on.

My plan is to party elsewhere then show up to the main late night bit at around 2/3am, loads of people head that way straight after headliners, have a look around, then go to bed, so it'll be way quieter later on. Whether I'll miss Yunx or not will remain to be seen (hopefully not!), but Glastonbury's too fun to queue for hours for anything. Even Youngsta (and I'll be seeing him at Fabric the following Friday so it's all good).

There's also the R&S thing on at the Stonebridge Bar in the park on Friday night so there are good alternatives.

Excitement is reaching fever pitch at the moment. JUST OVER 2 WEEKS!
