Also actually receiving praise from one of our Customers for doing a good job. Tbh I didnt get involved too much, but its still nice to actually get praise for once. Kinda makes up for all the times I put alot of effort in for no praise or even a well done.

I hate the fact that if you continually do youre job to a decent standard all the time you will more often than not get no praise what so ever. If you have an off day, or even an off minute that will be jumped on straight away and critisised/complained about even if it relates to less than 1% of youre working life!!
