@rubiconguava-Nice a chill man i like it! like you said, some work on the drums needs to be done, but other than that, the mixing aspect of the song seems alright. I'd like to hear it with all of the elements though.
@kushhmane-Honestly, amazing! I still haven't been able to piece together a bunch of different synths and have it maintain a good rhythm and feel but this just sounds awesome!Only thing i could say though is that the kick is lost in the mix, it definitely needs to come out more, try raising the higher and mid range frequencies with an EQ.
@sirminus- Once the song dropped i really started enjoying it, this song really has a good flow to it. I feel like the synth that you use after the wobble every time could use alittle fattening up though. Otherwise mix wise this is sounding pretty fresh!
@Mannyyyyy- Ahh i love all the sounds! Definitely reminds me of Datsik, I'm jealous man those sounds are awesome!

I haven't made anything in forever, but now that schools over I've already started getting back into it, I started this last night with a friend, just curious to see what people think of it.

Nice intro, the fading out was needed tbh. The vocal is fitting really well. Expected some other basslines tho. Love the panning on them, adds to the melody.

Some synths definitly need some tweaking and beefing up.
Seems like you're cracking up too much different synths into one song, imo.

Cubicle- nice work on the atmosphere in the intro, I'm not to keen on the bass but everything else about this track is great the soundscaping is fantastic good job man.

Mawsta- it's a jumbled mess man but I see a lot of potential in it. At :14 the first synth you used needs to end so you can hear the melody synth and the gargle bass. Kist work on not letting the synths step on each others toes and it will help alot.

rubiconguava- great great atmosphere, the drums sound good too, over all real nice track.

I hate to post stuff this unfinished but I've hit one of those roadblocks so any help would be appreciated. keep in mind this is severly a wip with little to no eqing

Lorek - Cool sound, cool atmosphere. Good rhythm. I think you should put some distortion on your main wobble to bring it out a little bit. It sounds muffled, like it's got a filter on it. It makes it sound kinda muddy. I like the feel of the song though!

Cubicle - Everything sounds tight. Bass sounds good. Gets a little boring tho. Change up the beat or add some more FX/lead noises (in my opinion) ...

Mawsta - Love the talking bass. Everything seems to be exceedingly loud though. Needs some mixing, but its a damn good start. Definitely loving that bass.

@Iorek - Awesome ambience man, but i think the drums are just lost in there. Feels like the kick need to stand out a bit. The synth is sounding awesome, drop could be a bit heavier, maybe a crash to set the initial mood after that reverse.

@Cheeky - Good ambience, love the syncopated kick on the start, intense sub. Nice clicky sounds and short toms. Not really my style, but no doubt its awesome!

@Bubicle - Nice intro, interesting vocal. Cool synth melody with heavy sub, but that sound gets kinda repetitive. Maybe add a filter to it on the start of every 2 bars, who knows

@ Randomic: loving the robotic vibe its got and the switch up half way through is sweet. If i was to give any advice it would be trying to switch up the drums a little. Adding a little shuffle in here and there will really spice up the flow.

@ Dubbingdave: Nice ominous flow going on there. got a very dissonant feel to it. The beginning sounds like it could do with a few extra elements to fill it out a little. Also try panning some of your hats out a little the tune feels quite mono, although you have a few things widened they're still sitting very much 'in the middle'. As theres only a few elements of the track you have room to get some panning automation in there or use a couple of LFO's e.t.c. Also some delayed stabs/shots would go nicely at key points to variate the whole thing a little more.

@ Cheeky: For what it is the tune is pretty decent though it feels very empty. Try to find a few more elements to sit in the mix and mess about with the stereo field to get more movement into the track. The progression of the track feels a little scewiff too, you have a phrase coming in towards the end that sounds more like it should be the main riff coming in at the first drop adding a pretty dominant melody to the track, because it comes in so near the end it off sets the relative sparsity of the rest of the track and makes it seem even emptier in contrast. a pretty solid ground to build on though no doubt, keep it up.

Heres a new thing i've been working on for the past few days. Its only in really early development. Allot of you wub'eds might not like it though lol its pretty down the deep end. I'm going for a really chilled vibe while messing with Chordal progression and modes in the key of E flat minor. Also been really paying attention to levels this time and trying to get everything sitting right in the mix right from the offset instead of throwing stuff in and trying to clean it up later.

Tell me what you think... I know the kick is duff though, i'm looking for a better kick at the moment. cheers.

Randomic- I agree on the drums I haven't done much eqing wise besides adjusting levels so they don't blare too much lol. I've really been fighting that drop it seems so dainty I didn't even think about adding a crash I will def see if that helps. I also noticed a slight delay on my bass, it's not hitting the same time everything else is. I really appreciate your feedback man.
You guys have some crazy sounds in this track nice n glitchy without sounding too much like a skrillex rip off Now this is personal preference but I really like the dubstep beat before you go into the electro style, those hats or rimshots what ever they are sound great but you might bring them up just a small bit in the mix. I'd like to hear this bad boy when you two finish it.

dubbingdave- man read the first page it says you have to give 3 pieces of feedback before posting your tune
With that said I really like the atmosphere and overall tone of the track. Although I feel like you could do more with the bass on the drop mix it up a bit, nice work on the drums though.

Turnipish- oooh really liking this man, not much to say besides finish this bad boy

@ Turnipish Thoughts: This sounds brilliant, the lows and highs really bring out some good feelings in this track. I wouldnt say im at this level of producing yet so i cant seem to find any technical flaws. Great work and post me the finished result.

@ Iorek: Nice ambient sounds, id say change the lead wobble after the middle point to a completely different wobble sound, i think this will give different elements to the song. Nice effort and i can feel a nice groove within it!!!

@ randomic: can't say im much of a filth fan, but lovin the crazy groove

Well done. Flowing sound, but I want it to drop from your root note at some point. Your song, musically, keeps you hanging (if that makes sense) You need to release by going lower.

mawsta- lots of stuff clashing, sounds like you just made sounds stuck them together even if it didnt mesh well

iota- bass over powers the vox at some points, sounds alot like eden, take that how you want.

cheeky- really dig this tune man. bass and everything are alert and ready, atmosphere is creepy, like the higher wub/sirens sounds you pulled.

dubindave- the sample doesn't fit. its of right shit quality lol. other then that i can get on board, but post your feed back mate or everything will be ignored, after ron has his little speech the synth really doesnt wobble my omelet

randomic- kinda cool, lots of sounds that go together for once. thats always a plus. nice synth work man. as stated a little shuffle here and there wouldn't hurt.

turnpish- i like it , kick like stated needs a boost, try looking up some real kick drums it would really go with that track, good smooth vibes.

sine- snare sits way low way back- try to eq boost it. or find a better sample, or layer 7-8 snares together(haha) atleast your not coming out the box with yoi's and skrillex questions, i like the mellowness of it accompanied by the harder synths, pretty proper man.

The drums in your intro are not fitting to the rest of it. Try to pick better fitting drumsamples, adjust the levels and work with reverb.
The part from 1:55 needs more power. Layer the synths and work on the subbass.

The sound of the tune is to "clean". Make it more dirty.
The drums are rhythmical too boring. Try to add some percussion to give it more swing and experiment with different quantization-options.

I think the snare is too soft. The drop is not hard enough. The synth sounds strange. Try to give it some striking characteristics.
But I kind of like the tune. Intro is already okay, try to transfer this atmosphere to the rest of the song.

Oprs- I think the snares are a little too snappy, especially in the intro, it almost works in the main drop, but i think you should use another snare or play around with that one a bit

Jetpack - it's a catchy enough bassline, you should add some more movement to the track though, build some tension up so its not so repetitive

Iota - i actually used the same sample in my WIP (just pitched and chopped up:D ) ..it works nicely on the buildup, but sounds kind of off when it drops..id say maybe take out the vocals for a few bars as it drops, then add it back in..also, id change up the kick pattern on the main drop and add some more compression to it, itll make the drop more dramatic

Sera- nice work, im diggin the bleeps and the crazy bass sounds over the chill beats
