Help Identify this song with "No Holds Barred" sampled

This song is named incorrectly - my friend lied and said he made it himself (his name is wintermute) but I have a pretty good feeling he didn't because he doesn't have any music equipment or software as far as i know and just renamed it.
I believe it samples the "No Holds Barred" from the song that was used in the Foreign Beggars & Noisia song of the same name but its clean and not pitched down in this.

If anyone has any clue what artist made this song or any other information - please let me know.

The beginning has very distinctive stabs.

I do not know the track but the "stabs" you are referring to is actually pizzicato violin.
