Remix collab with Indian sitar player

Ez All....

just wanted to put out a preview of the first track in a forthcoming remix project i just started, to hear what you think!

The track is still a work in progress and hasn't been mixed properly, but it will give you an idea of the vibe the project will have....

this would work really well with a vocalist..
love the sitar anyway..
get more eastern drums on it..
keep away from any sounds that are 'too techy'
go more dubby on ur bass..

I quite enjoy the track. eastern drums def would bring it a bid more alive but its a nice track.

yo,

thanks for the feedback! Much appreciated....i am speaking with a tabla player at the moment and will try to get him to record some different things on it, so the eastern drums are on their way.

What exactly do you mean by more dubby? As in dub/reggae dubby?

Anyway, i was thinking to make a different, more dubsteppy bassline to come in at the part around 3:43...

I quite enjoy the bass myself. For style of track just make it heavy like deep. get that percussion going to fit track and your game

awesome man! having some nice long/sustained vocals sampled thru out would polish it. really enjoyed it
