No. Mostly you would sell via Amazon, eBay, Seers etc using their affiliate program. Listing the product and designing the site is the easy part. Getting the website #1 in Google for that keyword is the painstaking part. It can literally take months and years.

You would usually write a review of the product, and push the user towards buying. In the article you'd have action links that cause them to click through to Amazon to purchase and you make money per sale.

I have been doing a bit of reading on various sites about warrior forum and the general consensus seems to be that it is jam packed to the brim with con artists and scammers just selling you concepts to make them rich but that ultimately won't make you rich at all. I mean, every site that i've looked at could be wrong, but I typed in 'warrior forum s' and the autocomplete gave me the word "Scam"
