what makes you think that something being ubiquitous has anything to do with it not being deeply symbolic of things you haven't been privy to

Columns and arches designed to support the weight of the building. A gate to keep people out, nothing mystical there mate. I wish people wouldnt try to find a hidden meaning in everything when there isnt one.

the projection that you're speaking to seems interesting and all but you are further proving how little you are capable of grasping about your surroundings

I have no problem with your beliefs Parson, but you have a terrible way of communicating/dealing with people. Considering you're grand aim is probably a totally free world blahblah, you're a massive condescending elitist of the highest degree.

I for one, do not know the answers to ANY of this shit, but I question everything. I question the BBC/mainstream media etc. to the point I know they outright lie on a daily basis, BUT...that does not automatically mean I believe any equally (if not more-so) questionable source, normally an individual online or in print.

I read this stuff, but I simply have no way of trusting it, why can't you understand that? "QUESTION EVERYTHING!"

Does that not make you more of a sheep than me?

so i'm still confused about how does mysticisim and spirituality connect to geometry?

and what about 45-45-90 triangles? are they sacred or just really convenient for multiple choice tests?

also what about all the math we have that perfect explains geometry and vortices? does that count as vortex based or not?

also, do people only go into stuff like this when they find they are unable to comprehend real math and physics? have they ever even tried real math or physics? if so, why isn't reality beautiful and complex enough for them?

also parson, why do you get so offended when people don't share the same view on life as you?

i mean, for fuck's sake you actually get upset if people aren't using drugs that you endorse.

also, if you're doing so much DMT and acid how could you ever be so sure about anything being correct? how could you ever be so intolerant of other people's views on reality?
being able to understand math doesn't make you a sheep. in fact believing all the stuff you believe actually makes you a sheep. good for you questioning the status quo. if you bothered to question your new set of beliefs you'd find they are just as inaccurate. you're just a sheep in a different field now buddy.

anyway go on and respond by telling me how ignorant i am and how this is all because my worldview is being threatened. thats clearly the case.

numbered for clarity:

1. check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numerology
2. they're famous for their balance, so it wouldn't surprise me if they were considered sacred by certain groups, they also helped the area of square roots, since the sides of a right triangle with base/height 1 is √2
3./4. numerology operates within traditional math, and the finge "vortex" group is named because of their recursive modular arithmetic.

vortex based math (in my opinion) is a couple of guys who became obsessed with Mode9 arithmetic (i assume because they can draw so many pretty pictures with it) and came up with the idea that it's the answer to everything, piled on a bunch of buzzwords and claim to have discovered free energy (but have not come forward to formally test it in a lab)

as an example, here's what i'd consider vortex based biology:

ah its fine. i just get bugged when he starts picking on people for being close minded. its a shame because i find his insistence that others explore non-traditional modes of thinking to be admirable. unfortunately he is, himself, profoundly intolerant of ideologies that conflict with his own.

parsons views make more sense than most religious views tbh!

not that i agree with either. im just mediating. im also glad the thread aint locked. too many lockages these days, its starting to get a bit restrictive as far as free speech goes round ere...
