Great idea! This is a good way to take a step back and see what was actually accomplished between all those coffee and playstation breaks.

Anyway, I'll go first then. Just a little snippet of a general soundstage I did tonight, nothing fancy and certainly not fleshed out.

I dunno if I should keep it or not. What does the jury say? Keep at it and make a track out of it, or throw the bastard in the pits of Hades?

I've been working on this for the past couple of days:

Not sure where I'm going to go with it now. Has some low sub bass that you won't be able to hear on cheap speakers.

almost today. I'm just busy figuring out if it's worth keeping. :) I'm figuring out where to take the bass. It's currently uber muddy.

Worked on this last night. Just a test seeing how far I can push the limiter. Sounds pretty bloody crushed to me.

Moody. The bass sounds nice on my new headphones. :)

lots of really boring recruitment agency internal newsletters but it pays ok so can't really complain.

not written any new tracks for a while tho so the weekend should provide some time to clear my head and see what emerges from the smoke...

sooo...it's basically a first attempt at something dubsteppish, and it's nowhere near done...but i value good critique, so here goes...

it's got bleeps and bass. that makes me happy. :)

thanks. i've been producing a bit differently and entirely in FL now instead of exporting wavs out and then laying it out in acid. keeps the sound quality better and makes me learn FL more. not sure when i'm going to finish that track. took a break from it for a bit. probably going to add some more variations to the bass that drops around 2 minutes and the drums overall. everything from 2:50 on is just a repeated loop from the beginning and will be changed as well.
