same... my tune has a lot of weaknesses, and it'll be pretty obviously mine, even with the anonymity i think, so it's doubly bad for me, because if it all goes tits up i can't even pretend that the tune isn't mine and quietly slink into the background as if i was never a part of this

mine has no real motion to it I don't think, I didn't really want to put it out, had another tune, but wasn't aloud to enter it. oh well..
I'm lucky though, nobody here listens to my tunes so it shouldn't be too recognizable, unless you've heard my standard bassdrum (synth'd it myself)
Do you say zerbaman? Or do you say zebraman?

Zerbaman I doubt it'll be that bad. and Kaiori, even if yours is guessed, I'm sure it'll be a winner
...in my opinion

Voted for tune one on both occasions this time... Although I was very tempted to vote for the line of dashes...

Wasn't keen on any of the tracks really, but in the first group, I voted one basically because I liked what the track was trying to be better than what 2 was trying to be. Track 2 sounded a bit too amusical, and unplanned, like arranged sound, rather than music. All for atmospherics, but some of the sounds came across like they were chosen at random out of a hat :s

In the second group I voted 1 because the last section of it is reminiscent of 90s videogame action scenes. Although 1 was a little rough I think it has more potential to be a good tune out of the tune. I did like some elements of 2 mind you, some of those sine wave synth blips kinda reminded me of the old r-type delta games, and there were some pretty cool sounds.

I thought Tune 1 was good, but the bass lines in number 2 were fucking great. Really weighty, rhythmic and moody. Spot on. Props to whoever made those noises.

I really really wanted to vote 4 as it had much more interesting sounds than the thinly vieled yoiyoiyoiyois in tune 3. However the bass stabs kicking off in 0:53 just sounded a too under processed, too raw to me and some of the sample usage just wasn't doing it, which is a mad shame, because I rated this tune much higher rhythmically and the loved the effects on the percussion. So despite tune 3 not being to my liking stylistically, I thought it had a clearer structure and vibe. Damn it's a hard one. There are a couple of sounds in 3 that do sound like basic synths with little effecting on them. I'm going to give it to 4 still I reckon, it's a much more memorable tune and the drum reverbed effects are really doing it for me.
I make music as Forsaken, you can DL all my unreleased (and a couple released) bits here.

2nd time IMH and maybe brutal O:
Tune 1 had a nice vibe and direction but the structure and repetitiveness let it down.
Tune 2 was nearest to completion as a playable track for me in terms of structure and balance.
Tune 3 I'm sorry but that hi-range lack of bass screaming thing at the start is kind of horrible, It only really picks up and is quite decent when it does at nearly 2 minutes, loose the first grooveless 2mins. strip the last and develop it more and you might have a tune.
*edited for being too harsh Tune 4 100% plate reverb on a breakbeat with baby talking? not doing it for me.

Tune 2 was interesting, closer than the lot to a complete track.
Tune 3 after 2 minutes was pretty cool.

Tune 4 however left me humming the bleeps.

Not sure which to choose out of the last 2.
I`m leaning towards track 3 because of the last 2 minutes.

I dont know why, but tune 2 got me thinking about MW2/Black Ops lol. But it was the tune i liked the most, just some minor things that I didnt like, so I voted for it :)
Voted for track 3 too, didnt like the baby-samples(the way the sample was put in there was not cool..) and stuff in 4 :)

i voted 2 for the weighty basslines, both were nice tunes though. second pair, i was not crazy about. Voted 3 rather than 4, because 4 seemed devoid of groove. 3 lacked bass and musicality.

i liked the voicings in the arps toward the beginning a lot, the notes created loads of tension. Didn't like the flatted 2 in the bassline, and really found it lacking in bass freq's. Wasn't a fan of the particular patch either. I dunno, i kind of get the idea but it wasn't doin it for me. I did find it original from a composing standpoint, tho which is always a treat.
wonder who the oldies/yung'uns are.... who shall triumph??

yeah i have to listen it when am home but i liked it cuz i didnt even think of separate sounds (like always when am listening to someone's track)

it kept me entertained for its full length and there was no time to think - i think thats the main goal of a tune no matter how bad the different elements are
