i used too aswell!

i see your in leeds, i used to live there for the last 3 years i worked up in Arlington Business Centre for telephone banking, then in headingley and chapel allerton branches....

Ive had this problem a couple times. I just rung em in the end and made em melt, went off at em like a right ol grandad. They charged £80 for going over my over draft less then £3.

Its all about leeds!! Living by Burley park at the mo. I work for First Direct, just on the outskirts of Leeds. Used to work on the phones but managed to escape the call centre at the end of last year!! WOOHOO!! I think we still have some dealings at the Arlington site.
