There is nothing more "douchebaggery" than calling someone a douchebag. Just my $0.05. Also, don't hate specific sounds, that's like hating a guitar that's tuned in a specific way etc. I like the Yoi-base, nothing wrong with it.

I'm sorry if I come across mad, but really, I hate when people complain about specific sounds. It's like they think they belong to a specific society above all else where they are the gods and everyone using a sound that's not 100% unique is just peasants. Fun fact tho, most of the time these are the ones whos "tunes" sounds like complete bullshit. :u:

Just listening to Immortal Technique, JMT and Snowgoons makes you cool.
Hating Skrillex makes you awfully cool. No... one... must... make... music... the... mass... likes...

I think OP was referring to the people using the sound, not the sound in itself?

i think my initial sentiment on this thread is about to be proven correct

i like how you said "infection"

for some reason i picture the movie 28 days later, except the zombies are replaced with steppers making YOI sounds

And i picture Circus Records as Umbrella corp from resident evil.

exactly. some would say a better way would be to instead talk about and try to spread the music you love instead of whinging about music you hate. when was the last time you created a thread about some music you're feeling?

increase the positivity
