It was already posted in the General Dubs section but I reposted it here because I thought some of you production guys might be interested

Gives me goosebumps when I watch it, and they're not just playing brostep, they're playing DMZ, Burial, Joker...

Soundcloud

That's the soundcloud for anyone who doesn't like watching the video but like it to load quickly

And to make it production-related, if anyone's watching the video, what programme are Nero using? You see it briefly

Yo did i miss burial and jokertunes?

Pretty interesting stuff, loved innocence in that! so much love for Nero even if they are getting commercial, they are geniuses! Loved the elderly women playing dubstep!

 I thought I heard DMZ and Joker in there but guess not

On second listen I heard orchestral arrangements of some other tunes, like a snatch from Skream's remix of In For the Kill...

But this is part of a promotion for BBC's Dubstep Week, so I'm guessing they wanted to make it 'commercial'

Its presenters on tv/radio using the word dubstep every 5 seconds, thats all this has to do with dubstep Nero have never claimed to be definitive dubstep (other than their use of 3rd beat snare), but im sure if they were writing purist dubstep they wouldn't be on tv doing this

Bit of a let down that. 95% orchestra, 5% Nero. They literally did fuck all

i'm not a fan of nero myself but dmn this is nice.
everyone that say this has nothing to do with dubstep don't know anything about music every instrument that you see there is the basic to every music genre.
It's about dropping a track at the wrong speed, and it sounding better than the real thing.
