Iphone production apps

Post by mmmsure » Thu Jun 09, 2011 12:31 am

I know this has probably been discussed before but i thought id start a new thread as no doubt there are new apps every minute. Does anyone have any experience with any music production apps on the iphone or touch? It obviously isnt for anything serious but id rather not wade through lots of paid apps to find one i may like

Beatmaker and NanoStudio are the only two reallllly good apps for this. i prefer beatmaker but nanostudio is generally more intuitive. beatmaker is more hiphop comprehensive.

flstudio has an ios app. Should be flipping killer.

I know of another app that is coming to market that is ridiculously fun and powerful. Wait for it...

http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2011/ ... phone-app/ looks fun for just messing on the bus or whatever

Some of the apps Mike Gao makes, i saw a video interview with him on kexp and he said hes made one app which has been approved but some of the brainfeeder guys asked him not to release it cause they think it will make achieving their sound too easy :o that midi beatbox thing he made looks real useful too!

i broke my iphone, anyone know any good music apps for android?
