Post night out amnesia

Recently the morning after a night out is spent trying to remember what went on the night before... normally this wouldn't be too much of a problem but as it turns out, if i go out with my girlfriend it can be a bit of an issue...

went out for her birthday back in march, it was only the second night out i'd been out with her and we weren't really in a relationship at the time, but i woke up naked and felt slightly confused by this, it wasnt till about 3 weeks ago that she told me, after i stupidly asked, that we had slept together.
last night we went out, she was driving so i could drink, i didn't think i was that smashed, but once again, woke up this morning, this time with my boxers on, she asks me how much i remembered of last night and i barely remember leaving the club, let alone getting back and apparently smashing her pasty.

i'm starting to feel a bit concerned about the whole thing, should i calm down?

i dont take drugs (work carries out random drugs tests so not worth the risk, not that im actually bothered at all), i go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week for a good 2 hours a session, and i eat well, i dont even really drink that much! the only reason i could possibly be getting amnesia that i can think of is the concussions i got when i used to go snowboarding!

anyone care to explain, or maybe share a story?

At least you're having sex with your girlfriend when you get too fucked.

I've told this before but I apparently pissed in every single one of my girlfriends drawers thinking it was the toilet. She then, apparently, lead me to the toilet while shouting at me, so I pissed all over the floor and bed too. I wish I just had sex.

Would you say you drink quite often? I used to drink alot, I mean for the last year I havnt really drank alot at all, I smoke mainly now and that is because:

I used to spend basically my whole 1600 quid paycheck on getting smashed every month, Was hitting town at least 4 nights a week and if I wasnt in town it was somewhere else, It became almost impossible to remember anything of the nights before which in a smiliar situation to yours caused a lot of trouble with females and remembering things ha.

Since I have stopped drinking though, If i DO go out and get reasonably drunk but nothing too heavy, i lose everything still. I think after a point of drinking, it just swipes your memory. I mean i could have 4 or 5 pints and not remember a thing, where as before id be having 14 pints + spirits etc - same result now.

nahh, don't go out all that often since getting into a relationship, and the nights have also got quite a bit less mental, probably looking at spending around £30 instead of the £80 odd that i used to spend...

Had this on Friday morning, woke up with sick all over my mates sheets (who I have a thing for, but not done anything about it) and turns out I kissed my mate in front of the girl I like, think I may have fucked up a tad =/
