Calf Cramps

Post by drewdrops » Fri May 11, 2007 3:36 pm

Was bouncing around at Square Roots a few weeks back to Vex'd, Ital tek, Bizzy B, Deapoh en al, and afterwards suffered some throbbing calfs?!

felt like muscles i havent used before, like i was dancing in a diff way to the usual dnb manouvers, but still couldent stop smiling about hearing Crunked Up on Gramps hifi :P

anyone else got any dubstep dancing related injuries or strains?

Fell asleep in front of the bassbin at Warrior Dubz last year.
Felt like my ear was full of mashed potato for the next week.

ha ha drewdrops, I had the exact same thing after Vex'd at the Volks.

Except it wasn't just my calfs. I was aching all up my sides chest legs, the funny thing is it didn't hit me til the next day.

ah skankitis strikes again. most of last year my skankin was seriously affected by a particularly bad case of it in my left foot. ravers be careful.

i learned the hard way. but now i'm happy to teach anyone how to skank the safe way. look out for my new book. 'skanking safely'

last year I tore my ACL and damaged the miniscus(sp?) in my knee heavy skanking.

Was on a cane for 7 months... still can't walk properly.. still gives me grief.

Not as young as i used to be.

now it's strictly solo left foot skanking.. lets here it for the bruk loose foot crew!!
